Velor LTD. (“Velor”, “we”) operates this website and the Retrac Private product. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, check out, or join Discord.

What we collect

Order email, Discord username, payment confirmation from the processor, and basic device/browser data needed to keep the site working. We do not sell personal data.

Why we collect it

To deliver Retrac Private, prevent fraud, provide support, and send the license + setup guide. Payment details are handled by the payment provider — we never store full card numbers.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting and refund disputes. You can ask us to delete support transcripts that are no longer needed for an active license.
