By purchasing Retrac Private you agree to these terms. Velor sells a single product: Retrac Private. License keys are personal unless you are an approved reseller.

License

One Time licenses are a single activation. Lifetime licenses include unlimited spoofs and future updates for the life of the product. Keys may not be shared, publicly resold, or used to attack Velor infrastructure.

Refunds

If Retrac Private does not work as advertised after you follow the official guide and support steps, you receive a replacement or a full refund. Chargebacks without first opening a ticket may result in key revocation.

Use

You are responsible for how you use the software and for following the laws that apply to you. Game compatibility is published on the Status page and can change as anti-cheats update.
